Your account, without leaving the headset. Browsing and watching trailers works without an account. To buy, tip, follow a creator or keep a library and watchlist you need one — and you can sign in or create it right inside the VR hub. The only step that happens on your phone is topping up tokens.
Signing in
Signing in inside the headset. If you are not signed in, the top row shows 🔑 Sign in. It opens a dialog with a code for your phone: open the address shown there on your phone or computer, sign in there and enter the code — a few seconds later the headset signs you in by itself. The code is valid for 5 minutes and works once; if it runs out, simply open the dialog again.
Or type it in. In the same dialog press Type it in, tap a field and enter your username or e-mail and your password on the keyboard in the room, then press Sign in. The password is shown as dots. After too many wrong attempts, signing in pauses for 10 minutes. Once you are signed in, your library, watchlist and wallet are there straight away — the hub does not restart.
Creating an account
Creating an account. In the sign-in dialog press Create account, type your e-mail on the keyboard in the room and press Create account again. A short security check runs in the background — there is no puzzle to solve. You are signed in straight away: library, watchlist and wallet are ready, and the hub does not restart.
Two e-mails follow. One contains a link to set your password — you only need it to sign in on another device or in a normal browser. The other asks you to confirm your e-mail address. Both links open on your phone or computer; you can stay in the headset meanwhile.
If it does not work. If the e-mail already has an account, the dialog says so — then sign in with your password instead. If the security check cannot run in the headset, the dialog asks you to use the Code for your phone: create the account on your phone, sign in there and enter the code. After several attempts in a short time, wait 10 minutes before trying again.
Tokens
Topping up tokens. Buying and tipping use the tokens in your wallet. If they run short, the hub offers top-up amounts and shows a short code: open the address shown on your phone, enter the code and pay there. The hub notices the payment by itself — you do not have to take the headset off.
